eBay’s iOS app soon to allow and image search and discovery!

Now eBay recently announced that mobile app for iPhone/iPad/iPod touch would be gaining advanced features of image search.

In the case study, the upcoming features of iOS will make the entire Internet “shoppable snap photo,” said eBay.

Now, you just click the snap photo of a random person, you see on the front wearing something you wanted to buy and you didn’t know how and where to get buy, this mobile app will analyze your image to more than 1.1 billion listings on eBay to find any matching items and “Then, it’ll show you that matching item which you are looking for.” said by company.

How this technology works:

“When you upload the image On eBay to find Image Search, this is the neural network process to find the output of the model gives your representative image that we use to compare to all similar images of the live listings on eBay and then we rank the items based solution on visual similarity and use our open-source platform to quickly bring all results to show you, wherever you are in the world”.

To launch more computer vision products in the coming months with new features of iOS.
